1810 Bridge Sauna is a 15-person traditional Finnish Sauna. It is located adjacent to the Royal Canal Greenway on a picturesque farm. They have a selection of cold plunge baths that are filtered. There is a warm shower to finish the hot and cold therapy experience. There are beautifully designed dressing rooms on site making it the perfect stop for relaxation.
1810 Bridge Sauna is adjacent to the Royal Canal Greenway. It is an ideal rest stop for cyclists on Ireland’s Longest Greenway, it’s just 8km from Mullingar town and with some lovely cafés nearby.
