Set in the tranquil valley of Fore, this poitín and rum distillery offers an experience to remember. Take a tour and learn about the unique craft from the distillers themselves and enjoy a taste of poitín or rum while soaking in the breathtaking views of this scenic and historic landscape.
The Fore Distillery philosophy is the use of the finest ingredients in small batch runs in order to ensure consistent quality and a character as individual as the storied land from which it originates.
Fore Valley Irish Poitin, White Rum and Golden Rum are excellent neat, on the rocks, or as the prime constituent of mixed drinks and cocktails.
Barrel & Bean Café By Fore Distillery is close to the beautiful surrounds of Fore, Westmeath. This area is a hotspot for tourists, walkers, and can be found using Eircode N91 TY06.
