Hatters’ Lane Bistro is a family-friendly restaurant which is well-known in Athlone for it’s welcoming environment. With a focus on casual fine dining, the menu that exisit today is a celebration of the fantastic produce that Ireland has to offer making extensive use of locally produced,high-quality Irish ingredients that are thoughtfully sourced including Hereford beef from Offaly, organic salads from Millhouse Farm in Roscommon, as well as pork from Horan's Pork Shop, mince from Dunning’s Master Butchers and fruit and vegetables from Behan's, which are based in Athlone.
